Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Univercycle. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Period

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return and full/partial refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Mileage Limit: The odometer on the e-bike display must read less than 10 km.

  • Condition: The item must be brand new, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, or fragrances.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including the reinforced carton and all internal protective materials.

  • Accessories: All items included in the original box (chargers, keys, tools, manuals, and gifts) must be returned.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt from our official store is required.

3. Shipping Fees & Restocking Costs

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the return is due to a confirmed quality issue or manufacturing defect, Univercycle will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or free replacement.

  • Non-Quality Returns: For returns initiated due to personal preference, mind-changing, or incorrect model selection:

    • E-Bike Return Fee: A flat fee of €200 per unit will be deducted from your refund to cover logistics and restocking costs.

    • Battery Return Fee: Due to the special handling required for lithium batteries (dangerous goods), a €100 handling fee applies to returns of standalone batteries (must be unused).

    • Original Shipping: Any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it leaves our warehouse.

  • After Dispatch: Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled mid-transit. It will be treated as a "Non-Quality Return," and the €200 logistics fee will apply.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any items marked as "Flash Sale," "Clearance," or free promotional gifts.

  • Individual accessories (fenders, helmets, bags, mirrors, etc.) once the packaging has been opened.

  • Any return sent back without prior written authorization from our customer service team.

6. Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your item at our EU warehouse, our technicians will inspect it within 5 business days.

  2. Approval: If the item meets our return criteria, your refund will be approved.

  3. Credit: The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

7. Return Address

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Our local return centers are located in Italy. To initiate a return and receive the correct shipping label, please contact us at univercycle@gmail.com.
